Welcome: Ayurvedic Massage & Yoga

Yoga, to me, is more than just physical exercise through postures on a mat. It is also a journey that brought me closer to my authentic, truest self in order to help me understand what I really want in life. In my personal experience, what happens on my yoga mat translates into my everyday life. This process is helping me free myself from certain conditionings of the society I grew up in. Through yoga and meditation, I have been able to tackle obstacles whilst maintaining inner peace. Thanks to Ayurveda (the "science of life" in Sanskrit)  I am learning to take better care of myself and listen to my body's needs.


In the spirit of the yogi tradition "come to learn, go to serve", I am delighted to share all that has been passed onto me, with the hope it helps you live a little better, everyday.

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which translates into “the science of life”. It is is an ancient Indian system of medicine, dating back to more than 5000 years ago. Ayurveda is a preventative health system whereby lifestyle routines (such as massage) and diet are adapted each individual's basic constitution.

Yoga Sessions

Yoga is a discipline and lifestyle which endeavours to help us connect with our truest nature. 

In today's fast moving world, we often find ourselves disconnected from our bodies and battling with our minds. Yoga practice allows to calm and "befriend" the mind through tools such as postures, breathing and meditation.


I offer group yoga sessions for corporates and organisations.
